With the benefit of more than 30 years’ experience of property transactions, Stephen is able to focus on what is important and not dwell on those aspects which are more routine. This can help speed up transactions and identify sticking points early on, before they become problematic.
He combines the pragmatism, patience and perseverance necessary to see any property transaction through to its completion with the eye for detail which you would expect from a lawyer.
Stephen is a highly experienced practitioner who advises on a wide range of commercial real estate matters. A client comments: “Stephen’s grasp of technical detail is very good – you are always left confident that all matters have been covered. He also knows the market well and is able to give pragmatic advice, while also advising on the associated risks with any course of action”.
Stephen believes in building long term relationships with clients. This enables him to give more informed advice and guidance having worked with the client over a number of years and helped them through numerous transactions.
Stephen’s notable transactions are:
- acting for a leading supplier in the education sector on the acquisition by lease of a new distribution facility including all construction aspects (with Femke Bakker);
