Brendan has wide-ranging and in-depth experience in the real estate sector, with a particular focus on high-value commercial landlord and tenant transactions. Brendan has extensive expertise in advising office occupiers on leasehold acquisitions and disposals, including headquarter re-locations, re-gearing of lease portfolios and space sharing agreements.
Before relocating to Oxford, Brendan trained and then practiced with City of London firm Herbert Smith for six years.
Brendan represents a number of local charities on a pro bono basis in connection with leasing matters.
