Emma has wide-ranging experience in the real estate sector, including leasehold transactions (acting for landlords and tenants, including experience in the retail and restaurant sectors), development work (acting for landowners, developers and promoters) and investment transactions.
Before relocating to Oxford, Emma trained and practiced in the London office of international law firm Withers LLP. Combining enthusiasm and a pragmatic, commercial and ‘no-nonsense’ approach but also with an eye for detail, clients have commented on Emma’s ability to navigate deftly through tricky transactions and drive them through to a satisfactory and cost-effective conclusion.
